Several scenes from Yellowjackets were shot in and around downtown Vancouver, including Finch's Tea House on Pender Street and Holy Rosary Cathedral Hall on Richards Street. Die-hard fans of the show may recognize the cozy wooden floors and furniture of Finch's, or the beautiful architecture and natural light of the cathedral.

In addition to being shot in Vancouver, parts of the show were filmed outside of the city in Surrey, British Columbia. Panther Paintball and Air Sports even served as the backdrop for some of the most intense scenes (no spoilers!), making it the ideal spot to film the action-packed sequences.

A lot of the production for the movie was carried out at Burn Studios in Burnaby, British Columbia which is renowned for its amazing special effects. This makes it likely that the most intense sequences were all filmed at this studio. The studio is fully equipped and able to film almost anything, so it's probable that the airplane crash scenes and some of the modern-day scenes were shot here.
