It is important for the owner of the company to have extensive knowledge in their industry, particularly when it comes to communicating with customers. It's possible that some hotel customers are so rude that they won't even pick up after themselves when they make a mess. The hotel does little to prevent the rude people who act as if the room were their own and make a nuisance of themselves. The hotel staff wastes a considerable amount of time each day cleaning up after themselves and other guests.
